The National Association of Adult Placement Services (NAAPS) is a UK charity established to provide a voice for all those involved in adult placement (AP) in the UK and also to represent their interests.
NAAPS acts as resource centre for service users, carers and workers involved in adult placement and for commissioners in order to further understanding and interest in the range and flexibility of adult placement services.
NAAPS has a primary responsibility to their full members (people involved in AP as AP scheme workers, AP carers and users of adult placement services). They also have an associate membership of people providing family-based care (but not adult placement) who also need support.
